Program Overview

The Bachelor of Food Science and Nutrition from Charles Sturt University is a comprehensive program that provides students with a deep understanding of the role of food in society. The program covers a wide range of topics, including nutrition, food product development, and food policy. Students can choose to specialize in one of four streams: exercise science, community nutrition, transition to dietetics, or food innovation and marketing.
