Program Overview

The Retail Management Certificate of Achievement provides students with the skills necessary for a variety of career opportunities in the retail industry, including management, sales, marketing, operations, and customer service. The program includes courses in principles of management, marketing, retail merchandise management, business calculations, human relations in the workplace, human resource management, business communications, and computer literacy. Graduates of the program have gone on to work for major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Macy's, Kohl's, JCPenney, Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Home Depot, and Lowe's.
