The User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking Graduate Certificate is offered by the College of Engineering and Computer Science at Wright State University. It is designed to enhance technical expertise in User Experience and Design Thinking, and can be completed through Distance Education. Students must be enrolled as graduate students and no GRE is required.
Objectives:
- To provide students with the latest skills and tools to create and evaluate user experiences (UX).
- To cover concepts related to UX, usability, and design thinking.
- To teach the application of the iterative process of user-centered design thinking.
- To introduce techniques related to low- and high-fidelity prototype creation.
- To provide exposure to user-interface (UI) prototyping tools such as Axure and MIT app inventor.
