Program Overview

The Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Certificate program at College of the Desert equips students with the knowledge and skills for entry-level HVAC industry positions. Through nine courses totaling 27 units, students gain theoretical and practical training in refrigeration, air conditioning, electricity, and HVAC system design. The program prepares individuals for careers in the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning field.
