Program Overview

The Diploma of Remedial Massage prepares students to become skilled massage therapists who can work with clients experiencing soft tissue issues and musculoskeletal imbalances. Graduates are eligible for a paid cadetship with the AFL Western Bulldogs and can pursue careers in various healthcare settings, including private clinics, hospitals, and wellness retreats. The program includes core units in massage practice, client management, and health and safety, as well as elective units in chronic disease management, first aid, and massage for athletes.

Degree Overview:

This qualification reflects the role of remedial massage therapists who work with clients presenting with soft tissue dysfunction, musculoskeletal imbalance, or restriction in range of motion (ROM). Therapists may be self-employed or work within a larger health service. Graduates can apply for a paid cadetship with the AFL Western Bulldogs, working with top medical professionals and elite athletes.
