Program Overview
The Certificate II in Hospitality is a 2-year part-time course that provides students with foundational knowledge and skills in the hospitality industry. Upon completion, students can pursue entry-level roles such as bar attendant, cafe attendant, or front-office assistant. The program also offers a pathway to the Certificate III in Hospitality for further career advancement.

Entry Requirements:
There are no formal entry requirements for this course. VDSS (Vocational Education and Training Delivered to Secondary Students): As part of the application process, applicants must complete a Pre-training Review (PTR) to determine suitability. Applicants are expected to have literacy and numeracy skills at Year 10 or Australian Core Skills Framework Level 2 and will be assessed through consultation with the relevant school. Warringa Park and participating schools from their cluster refer students to this course and identify students who require support. Warringa Park provides teacher's aides for every session that is delivered at Victoria University. Some courses receive more applications than the number of places available.
