Program Overview

The Certificate III in Health Services Assistance program at Victoria University equips students with the knowledge and skills to assist healthcare professionals in hospital settings. Graduates will be able to perform tasks such as transporting patients, preparing beds, and practicing infection control. The program includes a 15-day practical placement to provide hands-on experience. Graduates may pursue various support roles in healthcare settings, such as orderly, nursing assistant, or patient care assistant.
