Program Overview

This program provides advanced training in baking and pastry, with a focus on environmental sustainability and food safety. It includes 14 units of competency, including core units in work health and safety, food safety, and baking operations. Elective units allow students to specialize in bread, pastry, or other areas of interest. Graduates may pursue careers as advanced bread bakers, pastry cooks, or bakers in commercial settings.
