Program Overview

This 52-week patisserie program combines 20 weeks of theory and practical training with 20 weeks of paid or unpaid industry placement. It prepares students for careers in various organizations where patisserie products are prepared and served, such as patisseries, restaurants, and hotels. Graduates may pursue roles as pastry chefs or patissiers.
