Program Overview

Kendall College's Culinary Arts program offers a comprehensive curriculum with core courses in cooking, baking, and foodservice management. The program requires 90 quarter hours, including an internship, and prepares students for careers in the growing foodservice industry. Graduates have a high employment rate within six months of graduation and can pursue various career paths, including chef, cook, and product developer.
