Program Overview

This evening culinary arts program, completed in less than a year, provides foundational and advanced cooking techniques, dishes from various cuisines, and experience in culinary settings. Through hands-on learning and industry experts, students develop skills in knife work, menu development, sanitation, and nutrition. Graduates are prepared for careers as chefs, cooks, and other culinary professionals, with a high employment rate within six months of graduation.
