Program Overview

École Ducasse's Culinary Arts Essentials program immerses participants in the fundamentals of French cuisine through hands-on training and demonstrations. The program covers a wide range of culinary topics, including techniques, bistronomy, Mediterranean cuisine, pastry arts, and business management. Participants are assessed through practical and theoretical evaluations, and upon completion, they are equipped to pursue careers as chefs, entrepreneurs, or in other culinary roles.
