Program Overview

The Manufacturing CNC Certificate of Proficiency program at Delaware County Community College equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary for CNC machining. The program covers CNC programming, setup, and operations, as well as conventional machine tool operations, print reading, and mathematical problem-solving. Upon completion, students are prepared for NIMS certification and careers in the manufacturing industry, including CNC Machine Operator, Machinist, and Manufacturing Engineer.
