Art Studio Minor (for Non-Art Studio Majors)

Program Overview

This 18-credit art minor requires students to complete foundational courses in art history, drawing, and art fundamentals. Students can then choose two additional courses at the 200 level or above to tailor their studies to their interests. A grade of 'C' or better is required in each course to be applied toward the minor.

Complete the following courses:
• Choose any ARTH course
• ARTS 103 - Fundamentals of Art I (3 credits)
• ARTS 104 - Fundamentals of Art II (3 credits)
• ARTS 111 - Fundamentals of Drawing (3 credits)
• Choose two ARTS courses at the 200 level or above
• Total Credits Required: 18 Credits
• A grade of 'C' or better is required in each course to be applied toward the minor.
ARTS 399 may not be used to satisfy the art minor.
