Program Overview

This 18-credit program provides a comprehensive introduction to Islam, covering its history, beliefs, and practices. Students take required courses on Islam, the Qur'an, and choose one elective from Islam in America or Women and Gender in Islam. They then select two additional electives from a range of disciplines, including art, history, philosophy, and political science.
