Program Overview

This graduate program in Reading Education provides educators with the knowledge and skills to become effective reading specialists. The curriculum includes core courses in assessment, instruction, and research, as well as electives in technology and English as a Second Language. Graduates are prepared for careers as reading specialists, literacy coaches, and school and district reading specialists.
