Program Overview

Clark University's Media, Culture, and the Arts program offers an interdisciplinary exploration of media, combining theory and practice. Students engage in hands-on assignments and scholarly writing while studying media in various historical, economic, social, and political contexts. The program prepares students for careers in the media and creative industries, including journalism, film and video production, music, theater, and graphic design. Graduates have gone on to work for organizations such as The New York Times, The Boston Globe, and National Public Radio.
