Program Overview

The Direct-Entry Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Science (Honours) is a four-year program that prepares students for careers in the food industry. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of food systems and production, from "farm-gate to fork." Students gain hands-on experience through 120 hours of placement in food, nutrition, or health organizations. Graduates are qualified for a wide range of careers in the food and nutrition industry, including food scientists, nutritionists, dietitians, and food technologists.
