Program Overview

The Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology (Honours) is a 4-year program that provides advanced training in viticulture and oenology. The program is designed to produce graduates with the skills and knowledge to work in the wine industry, including research, development, and management. The program includes coursework in viticulture, oenology, and related fields, as well as a research project. Graduates have gone on to work in a variety of roles in the wine industry, including winemakers, viticulturists, research scientists, marketing and sales professionals, and business owners.
