Program Overview

The Hospitality Management Co-op Diploma program equips students with advanced knowledge and skills in hotel and restaurant operations, marketing, finance, and team dynamics. Through a combination of classroom learning and a six-month co-op placement, students gain practical experience and prepare for management-level positions in the hospitality industry. The program covers a wide range of topics, including food and beverage operations, front office management, housekeeping, supervision, security, and facilities management. Graduates are qualified for roles such as front desk clerk, server, housekeeper, and manager in various hospitality settings.
