Program Overview

The 11-month Early Childhood Education program at VanWest College prepares students to guide children's learning and behavior. Through a blend of online and in-person instruction, students gain knowledge in child development, early learning theories, curriculum planning, and assessment. The program includes three practicum placements and prepares graduates to apply for their Early Childhood Educator Certificate from the ECE Registry.
