The Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Laws double degree allows students to span both the legal and scientific worlds. The Bachelor of Science program enables students to gain confidence through lab and field work, and participate in ground-breaking research. The Bachelor of Laws program satisfies the academic degree requirements for admission to practice as an Australian lawyer.

Majors
Students can choose from the following majors in the Bachelor of Science:
- Agricultural Science: explores plant and animal production from consumer contexts to explore personal and community perceptions about food sustainability.
- Animal Science: develops a deep understanding of interactions between people and animals, including animal behaviour, health, and welfare.
- Applied Physics: provides a deep knowledge of physics and its applications, including interfaces where physics contributes to other scientific disciplines.
- Biology: offers a broad knowledge base of biology from the molecular world to global ecosystem science, focusing on the sustainability of the natural world.
- Chemistry: prepares students to contribute to and use scientific knowledge to solve current problems, with a strong background in key topic areas of contemporary chemistry.
- Zoology: provides a detailed understanding of the diversity of the animal kingdom, including ecology, behaviour, and evolution.
- Forensic Science: specializes in methods of forensic analysis, crime scene investigation, and forensic photography.
- Environmental Health: explores the impacts of the environment on human health, including air and water quality, waste management, and food security.
- Food Science and Innovation: prepares students to be leaders in developing innovative, safe, healthy, and sustainable foods.
- Sustainable Environmental Futures: manages the environment sustainably, requiring professionals trained in new technologies across multiple disciplines.

Admission Requirements
Eligibility for admission to the Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Laws is based on the following requirements:
- Assumed Knowledge: Students should have at least two unit English, and two unit Science (any science) and two unit Mathematics at year 12 equivalent.
- Recommended studies: HSC English standard or equivalent.
Special Requirements Prerequisites
Students enrolling in certain subjects may need to have a National Police Certificate and consent or prohibited employment declarations, as they may be conducting their placement in circumstances where they work with minors.
Indicative Annual Fee
The indicative annual fee for Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP) is AUD $38,153.
