Recent Secondary Education
- Completion of Year 12 within the last two years.
- Applicants who completed secondary education more than two years ago may be considered on the basis of their secondary schooling if they have not completed more than 2 years full time equivalent university study (48 units).
- Selection based on Selection Rank (ATAR plus any applicable adjustment factors).
Higher Education Study
- Completion of at least six months full time equivalent higher education study.
- GPA calculated for each program undertaken.
- Selection based on the best GPA.
Vocational Education and Training (VET) study
- Completion of an AQF Certificate IV or above from a Registered Training Organisation.
- Application ranked according to the level of the award.
Work and life experience
- Must be 18 years or over before 1 February 2024 to sit the Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT).
- If studied at higher education level in the last two years, must not have accumulated more than 2 years full-time (or part-time equivalent) higher education study.
- Ranked according to STAT result.
