Program Overview

This Family Consumer Science (FCS) program prepares students to become educators in FCS for grades 5-12, as well as instructors in FCS courses at community or technical colleges. The program covers topics such as family policy, global food and nutrition, consumer economics, and parenting education. Students will also gain experience in experiential learning and curriculum development.
