Program Overview

MTSU's Interior Design program prepares students for careers as interior architects, responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. Through industry-engaged studios, internships, and professional connections, the program integrates career preparation into all aspects of the student experience. Graduates are equipped with the skills and knowledge to meet the needs of building owners and users in various settings, including hospitals, offices, housing, and retail.
