Program Overview

The Master of Arts in Sociology program at MTSU prepares graduates for careers in various fields, including aging/youth services, health services, community work, criminology/corrections, and government services. Graduates may also pursue careers in social research, teaching, personnel, industrial relations, journalism, and other fields. Expertise in specific subjects, such as aging, adolescence, and crime and law, may be crucial for certain career paths.
