Program Overview
The Bachelor of Science in Educational Studies and Community Leadership with a specialization in Training and Development prepares students for careers in training, evaluation, and leadership roles within community programs, workforce development, and other non-school settings. Graduates will possess the knowledge and skills to assess training needs, design and create training materials, deliver training effectively, assist in the evaluation of training programs, and manage administrative tasks related to training.
