Program Overview

The Food and Beverage Management Specialist Certificate program at St. Petersburg College equips students with the knowledge and skills to excel in the food and beverage industry. Through a comprehensive curriculum and experienced faculty, students gain a solid foundation in food and beverage operations, cost control, menu planning, and customer service.
