Program Overview

Tacoma Community College's Pre-Nursing program prepares students for a seamless transfer to four-year nursing programs in Washington State. The program provides a comprehensive understanding of nursing principles, develops clinical skills, and fosters critical thinking and communication abilities essential for success in the nursing profession. Through a structured course schedule, individual modules, and supervised clinical experiences, students gain the foundational knowledge and practical skills necessary for a successful transition to upper-division nursing programs.
