Entry into this program is based on an applicant’s study and/or relevant work history, with a minimum Year 12 completion (or equivalent). We recommend you have some basic knowledge and skills in: Basic Linux CLI and OS skills Basic Understanding of Virtualisation Basic word processing skills Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory Basic Networking Knowledge: (any ONE of the following): CompTIA Network+ Cisco Networking Essentials Network concepts and protocols required in cyber security ICTNWK424 - Install and operate small enterprise branch networks or attainment of or attainment of 22334VIC Certificate IV in Cyber Security ICT40120 Certificate IV in Information Technology (Networking) Note: Applicants without a solid grounding in information technology, may choose to complete the Certificate IV in Cyber Security to gain foundational skills in the subject matter. Successful completion of Australian Year 12, or equivalent overseas qualification.
