Program Overview

The Healthcare Leadership and Innovation Graduate Certificate is an online program designed for healthcare professionals seeking to enhance their leadership and innovation skills. Graduates will possess the expertise to implement leadership and innovation initiatives within complex healthcare environments, including leading interprofessional healthcare teams and implementing innovative solutions to persistent healthcare system challenges. The program consists of 12 credit hours (four courses) and can be completed in as little as two semesters.
