Program Overview

The Mechatronic Engineering degree at UNSW Engineering combines mechanical engineering, control engineering, and software development to prepare students for careers in the design, construction, and maintenance of smart machines. Graduates will possess hybrid skills in mechanics, electronics, and computing, and will be equipped to work in industries such as robotics, medical technology, manufacturing, and transportation. The program includes 60 days of approved industrial training to provide students with hands-on experience and prepare them for the workplace.
