Entry Requirements

To qualify for entry into the Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management, students need to have one of the following:

• A bachelor degree in a related field
• A bachelor degree in any field + two years construction industry experience at a managerial level
• An accredited diploma in a related field + two years construction experience at a managerial level
• An accredited diploma in an unrelated field + three years construction experience at a managerial level
• A recognised and relevant professional qualification + three years of work experience in the construction industry at a management level

What Will I Study?

The Graduate Certificate in Construction Project Management consists of four courses taught part-time over one year. Once these courses are completed, students are eligible to progress into the Master of Construction Project Management.

Program Structure

Each university year at UNSW has three terms and an optional summer study period. This program consists of four courses and can only be undertaken on a part-time basis.

Full Program Structure

Depending on the study load, students will study one or two courses in each term and complete the Certificate in one year. Students will choose to study four of the following disciplinary core courses:
