Program Overview

The Graduate Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion equips professionals with the knowledge and skills to navigate modern workplace initiatives and create a culture of wellbeing and celebration. Through a combination of core and elective courses, learners gain a deep understanding of DEI principles, develop inclusive HR strategies, and enhance their leadership abilities in fostering diversity and inclusion. The program is delivered online in seven-week blocks, allowing for flexible completion in as little as eight months.

• Overview: The Graduate Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is a program that provides professionals with the knowledge and skills to navigate modern workplace initiatives and create a culture of wellbeing and celebration.
It equips learners with effective HR principles to lead future-focused transformations on organizational, managerial, and individual levels.

The core courses cover employee wellbeing and engagement, sustainability and HR, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Learners can choose their elective course from a range of options, such as human resource strategies, leadership development, human resource analytics, and managing pay and performance.
