Program Overview

The Work and Organizational Psychology Certificate program at the University of West Florida equips students with the knowledge and skills to enhance employee potential and productivity in organizations. The program includes core courses in social psychology, industrial psychology, organizational behavior, and workforce diversity, as well as an elective in human resources. Upon completion, students are prepared for careers in human resources management and can demonstrate their interest in the field to potential employers.
