Program Overview

This program provides the skills and knowledge necessary to advise migration clients. Graduates can register as migration agents or pursue specialist work in the migration advice and policy industry. Non-lawyer graduates must pass a capstone exam and fulfill other requirements for registration. Holders of unrestricted legal practicing certificates can give immigration assistance without registration.
