Program Overview

Whitworth University's Women's & Gender Studies minor explores the complexities of gender and its societal impact. Through interdisciplinary coursework, students analyze gender's intersections with race, class, and religion, equipping them with critical thinking skills to address inequities and promote change. The program prepares graduates for careers in diverse fields, including social work, education, and medicine, as well as for graduate studies in top institutions.
