Program Overview

Wilmington University's Ed.D. in Educational Leadership prepares scholar-practitioners to address challenges in K-12 schools. Through three pathways (Teacher Leader, School Leader, District Leader), the program emphasizes reality-based courses, problem-solving, and impactful change. The hybrid online/face-to-face schedule and cohort model foster collaboration and prepare graduates for leadership roles in K-12 education.
