Program Overview

The University of Toledo's Recreational Therapy program is a four-year bachelor's degree that prepares students to work with individuals with disabilities and chronic conditions. Through hands-on education and fieldwork experiences, students learn therapeutic techniques and clinical skills to design and implement treatment programs that enhance the quality of life for these individuals. The program offers online courses and clinical experiences nationwide, and graduates have a high job placement rate in various healthcare settings.
