Program Overview

This 104-week program prepares individuals to manage and direct programs effectively. It covers core units in program execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, and benefits management. Elective units allow for specialization in areas such as critical thinking, knowledge management, and innovation. Through a combination of classroom-based delivery, online study, and workplace simulations, students develop the skills and knowledge necessary for success as Program Managers.
