Program Overview

The Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) is a two-year face-to-face program that equips leaders and managers with the skills to develop and implement learning strategies within organizations. The program includes core units in learning and development, strategic transformation, and improved learning practice, as well as elective units in innovative thinking, organizational performance development, and strategic business networks. Assessment methods include projects, presentations, report writing, observations, and questioning.
