Program Overview

This two-year program provides a foundation in ICT, business, engineering, and communication skills. In Year 1, students study at the University of Portsmouth's ICP and Faculty of Technology, leading to a choice of three degrees in Building Surveying, Property Development, or Quantity Surveying. The program prepares students for careers in the construction industry, including roles such as Building Surveyor, Project Manager, and Quantity Surveyor.
