Program Overview

The Biology, Bachelor of Arts (BA) - Pre-Master of Education (7-12) program prepares students for teaching biology at the secondary level (grades 7-12) in Pennsylvania. The program combines a strong foundation in biological sciences with pedagogical knowledge and skills, preparing graduates for Pennsylvania state certification in secondary education. Graduates are also eligible for certification in other states and are well-prepared for further education in biology, education, or related fields.
