Program Overview

This program prepares individuals for careers in the culinary industry, including positions in hotels, restaurants, and cruise ships. Upon completion, graduates may qualify for the Red Seal certification and pursue further professional development opportunities, such as the Certified Chef de Cuisine program. The program includes hands-on training and covers various aspects of cooking, including food preparation, presentation, and safety.
