Program Overview

The Biology for Transfer program offers an Associate in Science degree, providing a foundation in biology for students aiming to pursue a bachelor's degree in the field. It prepares students for transfer to any CSU accepting the Transfer Model Curriculum, guaranteeing admission to the CSU system and limiting post-transfer units to a maximum of 60. The program covers core biology disciplines, including general biology, cell biology, genetics, ecology, and evolution.
