Program Overview

The Paralegal Studies - Corporate Law Certificate of Achievement-Advanced sequence prepares students to assist attorneys in corporate law settings, including in-house legal departments, government agencies, and nonprofits. Students learn to perform legal research, draft documents, interview clients, and assist with substantive legal work related to mergers and acquisitions, company formation, and other corporate transactions.
