Program Overview
This program prepares students for a career as a diagnostic medical sonographer, a field projected to grow by 17% in the coming years. Students will learn the skills necessary to perform ultrasound examinations and diagnose medical conditions. The program includes coursework in anatomy, physiology, physics, and medical imaging. Graduates will be eligible to sit for the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification exam.
