Program Overview

The Culinary Arts Specialized Diploma program at Northampton Community College provides a comprehensive foundation in culinary principles and practices. Through hands-on training and a focus on the business side of the industry, students develop the skills and knowledge necessary for careers as chefs, cooks, bakers, and more. The program is accredited by the American Culinary Federation and offered at multiple campuses throughout the district.
