Program Overview

NCC's Associate Degree Respiratory Care Program prepares students to become entry-level respiratory therapists. The program includes 34 credits of general education and 32 credits of respiratory-specific courses, with clinical experiences in various healthcare settings. Graduates are eligible to take the professional registry exam to become Registered Respiratory Therapists (RRTs) and pursue careers in respiratory care, including roles such as Adult Critical Care Specialty, Neonatal/Pediatric Respiratory Care Specialist, and Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist.
