- High School Transcript: A high school transcript is required. If not in English, a certified English translation is necessary. A Foreign Credential Evaluation Report is optional.
- Proof of English Language Proficiency: International students must submit standardized test scores unless they are exempt. Specific test codes are provided for TOEFL (2515), Pearson Test of English (PTE, code M7V), and Duolingo (add Rowan University to "My Colleges" list). Official IELTS score reports can be verified with the TRF# in the bottom right corner.
- Performing or Creative Arts Majors: Students applying to programs in art, music, theater, and dance must submit an audition or portfolio review.
- Transfer Students: Students who have completed 12 or more college credits must submit college transcripts. If not in English, a certified English translation is necessary. All official transcripts are required before the semester begins. A Foreign Credential Evaluation Report is optional.
